Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 2, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.htxpressurepros.com and any products or services provided by HTX Pressure Pros (“HTX Pressure Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, making a purchase, creating an account, or enrolling in communications, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase products, schedule services, or create an account through our website.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when requesting a quote, booking a service, or placing an order.
2. Services and Estimates
HTX Pressure Pros provides residential and commercial exterior-cleaning and property-maintenance services, including pressure washing, soft washing, driveway cleaning, exterior window cleaning, and other services displayed on our website.
Online prices are starting prices unless expressly identified as fixed. Final pricing may depend on the property’s size, condition, accessibility, surface material, staining, water availability, location, requested work, and other relevant circumstances.
Quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared. We may adjust a quote if the property’s actual condition or scope of work differs materially from the information provided by the customer. Any substantial additional work will require customer authorization before proceeding.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quote does not guarantee permanent removal of every stain, discoloration, oxidation mark, mineral deposit, rust mark, paint defect, or organic growth.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Before service begins, the customer agrees to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area.
- Ensure that an operating water supply and other agreed utilities are available.
- Close doors and windows and identify known leaks or openings.
- Remove or secure fragile items, decorations, furniture, vehicles, pets, and personal property.
- Disclose damaged, deteriorated, loose, oxidized, improperly installed, or sensitive surfaces.
- Identify electrical hazards, security systems, irrigation controls, and other conditions that could affect the work.
- Obtain any required permission from the property owner, landlord, association, or other responsible party.
HTX Pressure Pros is not responsible for delays, incomplete work, or additional costs caused by restricted access, unavailable utilities, undisclosed conditions, unsafe areas, or failure to prepare the property.
4. Inherent Risks and Preexisting Conditions
Pressure washing and chemical cleaning may reveal or worsen preexisting defects, including loose paint, oxidation, failing coatings, deteriorated wood, damaged mortar, weak seals, leaks, cracked surfaces, loose siding, failing caulk, or improperly installed materials.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from preexisting defects, normal deterioration, defective construction, improper installation, customer-supplied products, or inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Certain stains and surface conditions may not be fully removable without causing damage. Our technicians may limit or stop cleaning when they reasonably believe continued work could damage property or create an unsafe condition.
5. Scheduling, Weather, and Delays
Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment issues, previous appointments, staffing, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may postpone, reschedule, or cancel services when weather or property conditions make the work unsafe or ineffective. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and arrange a new appointment.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation fees, nonrefundable deposits, or rescheduling charges may apply when disclosed during booking, included in a written estimate, or agreed to before service.
We may cancel or refuse service because of unsafe conditions, abusive or threatening conduct, inaccessible work areas, unavailable utilities, suspected fraud, nonpayment, or material misrepresentation.
7. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms presented during checkout, booking, invoicing, or in a written estimate. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable amount.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, approved additional work, collection expenses, returned-payment fees, and other disclosed charges.
Past-due balances may result in suspended service, canceled appointments, collection activity, or other lawful remedies.
8. Products and Online Orders
Product descriptions, images, availability, specifications, and prices may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors, packaging, labels, and product appearances may differ from website images.
We may limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, correct pricing or description errors, and discontinue products at any time. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Customers must review all product labels, instructions, warnings, technical information, and Safety Data Sheets before handling or using a product. Products must be used only for their intended purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and manufacturer instructions.
9. Chemical Products and Bulk Filling
Chemical products may be corrosive, reactive, hazardous, or unsuitable for certain materials. Customers are responsible for proper transportation, storage, dilution, application, protective equipment, and disposal.
Bulk filling is currently offered only for 12.5% sodium hypochlorite, subject to availability. Other chemicals are sold in their listed containers, including gallon jugs, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers receiving bulk sodium hypochlorite must provide an appropriate, clean, compatible, securely mounted, and legally transportable chemical container. We may refuse to fill any container that appears damaged, contaminated, incompatible, improperly labeled, unsecured, or unsafe.
Customers assume responsibility for the chemical and its transportation after delivery or filling is complete. Sodium hypochlorite concentration naturally decreases over time and may be affected by heat, sunlight, contamination, and storage conditions.
Never mix sodium hypochlorite with acids, ammonia, or incompatible chemicals. Such mixtures can release dangerous gases or cause serious injury.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed because of carrier operations, weather, inventory, hazardous-material requirements, address problems, or events beyond our control.
Certain chemicals may require hazardous-material shipping, special packaging, additional charges, adult signatures, or geographic restrictions. We may cancel an order if it cannot lawfully or safely be shipped to the requested destination.
Risk of loss and title pass as permitted by applicable law and the applicable carrier terms. Customers should promptly report missing, damaged, leaking, or incorrect shipments and retain all packaging for inspection.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
Returns and refunds are subject to any return policy displayed during checkout or on the applicable product page.
For safety reasons, opened, used, altered, leaking, contaminated, custom-filled, clearance, or hazardous chemical products may be nonreturnable except where required by law.
Customers should inspect orders promptly. Requests concerning damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must include the order number and reasonable supporting information, such as photographs.
Refunds, when approved, will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, hazardous-material fees, and return-shipping costs may be nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, coupons, and discount codes are subject to their stated restrictions and expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, or used toward taxes, shipping, hazardous-material fees, gift cards, or excluded products and services.
We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law. Suspected misuse, duplication, fraud, or unauthorized distribution may result in cancellation of the discount or order.
13. Recurring Plans, Memberships, and Gift Cards
Recurring plans and memberships are subject to the price, frequency, included services, renewal terms, and cancellation provisions disclosed when purchased.
By enrolling in an automatically renewing plan, you authorize recurring charges until the plan is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation instructions.
Gift cards are subject to any additional terms presented at purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization unless required by law.

By affirmatively opting in, you authorize HTX Pressure Pros to send text messages to the telephone number you provide. Messages may include appointment reminders, order and service updates, account notifications, customer-care communications, and promotional offers.

We may continue sending non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to complete transactions, provide services, respond to requests, or administer an account.
16. Website Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activities conducted through your account.
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another user’s account.
- Introduce malware or interfere with website operation.

17. Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, videos, product information, and software—are owned by HTX Pressure Pros, its licensors, or applicable third parties and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially used without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.
18. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful.
You grant HTX Pressure Pros a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for business and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unrelated.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, booking platforms, mapping services, social-media sites, and website providers.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or separate terms. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, its content, and products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for warranties expressly provided in writing or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, permanent cleaning results, complete stain removal, or that every product or service will be suitable for every surface, property, or intended use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTX Pressure Pros will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data, arising from the website, products, services, delays, or these Terms.
For claims that may lawfully be limited, our total liability will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HTX Pressure Pros and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, misuse of products, or infringement of another person’s rights.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms, the website, a purchase, or a service will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
24. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. Continued use of the website or our services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
