We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean various surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors.

• Assess the condition of surfaces to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions.

• Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing debris and obstacles.

• Apply cleaning agents as needed and ensure proper rinsing techniques are used.

• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic maintenance tasks.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

• Must be ok with heights and walking on roofs, using aerial lifts, and working outside.

• Commercial lawn maintenance & Christmas light services are also job requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pressure washing or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and tools effectively.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy equipment, and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
